What this site is
omzig.ai is an informational website operated by Omzig Incorporated, Jupiter, Florida, USA. Using it means you accept these terms. Service engagements are governed by their own signed agreements, not this page.
Information, not advice
Content here — including product demos, industry pages, the readiness scorecard, and Omzig Bytes — is general information about managed IT and Microsoft technologies. It isn’t legal, compliance, or professional advice for your specific situation, and demo scenarios are illustrative.
The AI assistant
The chat assistant produces AI-generated answers. They can be incomplete or wrong. Verify anything you intend to act on, and never rely on the assistant for urgent or safety-critical matters — call 561-295-8672 instead. Don’t use the assistant to submit unlawful content, attempt to extract other people’s data, or probe or disrupt the service.
Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to break, overload, or bypass the security of this site, scrape it for bulk data, or misrepresent your identity in forms. That’s the whole list.
Intellectual property
The Omzig name, the omzig.ai brand, and the site’s content and design are Omzig’s. Microsoft product names and screenshots belong to Microsoft and are used to describe real product behavior. Nothing here grants you a license to either.
Third-party services
Booking runs on Microsoft Bookings; some links lead to Microsoft documentation and LinkedIn. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omzig is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
